Charlene's background includes a B.S. in Automated Manufacturing, an A.S. in Electronic Engineering, and extensive coursework in Business Administration and marketing. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, customer service, development and sales, electronic engineering, manufacturing and automated engineering - she understands the importance of having the right information at the right time and in the right format.
